Wordpress Developer

Full-time IWG Ltd. in Ebbw Vale

IWG Ltd is a creative and innovative multi-disciplined advertising agency, based at the Ebbw Vale Innovation Centre (very close to the railway station). They are now looking for a Wordpress Developer, to join their friendly and creative studio team.

Your main activities will focus upon building Wordpress CMS websites, using best practice and de-facto standard plug-ins.

Due to the location concerned, assistance towards travel expenses is likely to be provided.

Essential Requirements :

Minimum 12 months experience of PHP programming, MySQL, XHTML, CSS and JavaScript (experience of PHP 5 and OOP beneficial). Experience of working with Wordpress at a PHP code level.

Desirable Requirements :

Experience creating multi-lingual websites beneficial; knowledge and experience of web accessibility; good understanding of cross platform and cross browser issues; use of JQuery, AJAX, Prototype, acript.aculo also an advantage.
