Due to the current ongoing coronavirus pandemic, the successful candidates will work from home. We hope to return to our newly refurbished, modern working environment at our offices located in Cardiff Bay when it is safe to do so. Only 2 minutes’ walk from the train station and Mermaid Quay Waterfront. Easily commutable from Merthyr Tydfil, Neath, Swansea, Newport and Bridgend.

We are looking for a Junior 3D generalist to join our growing and highly ambitious development team. You will be working across a diverse range of projects in a fast-paced agency where you will have the opportunity to expand your skill-set, work with the latest technologies, and take a real part in the company’s future.

You should be confident in all aspects of 3D design, modelling and texturing, scene setup and animation. You will have a strong grasp of video production pipelines – from frame rates and resolutions, render settings and image streams to editing and compositing, colour grading and exporting.

A keen eye for great photography is required to ensure the most impactful scenes feature in our films. You will have an interest in cinema and film-making which feeds your creativity when working on projects.

Your animations skills should be transferable from 3D to 2D packages such as Adobe After Effects. A passing knowledge of camera operation is desirable.

This role will suit a naturally positive and self-motivated person.

• Key Responsibilities: Helping develop storyboards for films and animations Designing, modelling and texturing 3D models and scenes Animating scenes in 3D and 2D Liaising with clients and senior developers on projects.

• Required Experience: Solid experience with Cinema 4D, Adobe After Effects and Premiere Experience with the full Adobe Suite Passionate about film and animation Team player with excellent communication skills

• Desirable experience but not essential: Photography and filming 3rd party renderers such as Corona and Redshift Colour grading
