Job Description

We are looking for a marketing superstar to drive and coordinate brand awareness and lead generation campaigns. Are you a creative marketer with excellent communication skills and a passion for marketing strategies who thrives on the challenge of building a forward-thinking, innovative tech company? We’d love to meet you!

You will work with our CMO to analyse sales data, conduct market research, develop marketing strategies and coordinate a creative team to implement campaigns, grow our brand and reach our goals. If you understand buyer personas and can interpret customers’ behaviours to build brand awareness and generate leads, you might just be our ideal candidate for this position.

Responsibilities:

Conduct research & analyse customers’ behaviour (purchasing habits, trends, preferences etc.)

Execute and coordinating marketing campaigns (Digital & Traditional e.g. radio, direct mail)

Managing SEO, SERP, PPC, SMM and Google Analytics.

Copywriting & blogging, press releases & public relations (PR).

Website updates & maintenance (Wordpress).

Create reports on our brand’s KPIs including web traffic, reviews and social media metrics

Identify and analyse competition.

Organise promotional activities for new products and services.

Work with the CMO to set (monthly, quarterly and annual) targets and goals.

Help co-workers to utilise our CRM.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills. Proven experience in a similar role. CRM & Wordpress. MS Office. Marketing degree or equivalent. Experience using data analytics software and running digital campaigns.

Desirables:

In-depth knowledge and proven experience running digital PPC and SMM campaigns

Good written and spoken Welsh language
