We are looking for a Studio Executive to join their busy team on a temporary basis, this position would suit someone with a creative background.

The Role:

To manage the Creative Services workflow, ensuring that all projects are scheduled and delivered on-time and within the client’s budget. Project Managing each project through the studio from brief, through to delivery.

Supporting with the reporting controls of the Creative Services department.

This is a pivotal team and client-facing role bridging the creative and production teams and acting as the ‘front of house’ for the team

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure all projects are managed and maintained as per agreed process through to delivery. Maintaining progress throughout, ensuring projects meet agreed milestones and delivery date. Setting up of projects through agreed processes; ensuring all quotes are processes and projects are logged, quoted for and a suitable timeline established and maintained. Allow all parties their required timings and meet the business needs. Working with Studio team to resolve project priorities and team workload clashes, to effectively maintain the Creative Services workload. Manage and maintain project management tools to ensure clearly visible progress of projects and live workload capacity. Support in the continual improvement process to ensure the department remains efficient and effective. Clear communication of project status across teams and stakeholders. Managing stakeholder expectations on timings and influencing stakeholders around process and expectation. Monitor and record reporting measures of the Creative Services team performance, including OTIF and RFT. Communicating to the wider business the status and potential risks at a project level Arrange all relevant process meetings. Maintain all agendas and meeting notes for all creative meetings. Work with both internal creative team members and external suppliers in ensuring they receive all briefs and meet all key milestones. Manage and maintain approvals processes with the brief owner throughout a project to ensure all timelines are met on projects. Building and maintaining key stakeholder relationships, and managing a high number of projects at any one time. Finance and purchase processes Key Behaviours:

This is a dynamic role that faces ever-evolving priorities. The Studio Executive must be both creative, numerical and analytical. They should be able to stay coll under pressure and be an outright team player. They should be able to remain proactive, enthusiastic and professional at all times.

They should be able to recognise a challenge and problem solve a solution, ensuring they are communicating and supporting the wider team and business objectives.

Strong planning, organisational and skills are key, and the ability to manage priorities.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

Graduate qualification in a creative-based degree that can be applied to a multi-disciplinary studio. Demonstrable experience of creative planning and delivery in a studio/production environment Good understanding of creative processes Creative planning and delivery Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships Project management experience Strong time management skills Highly organised with very good attention to detail Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, with the ability to engage with stakeholders, inspire the design team and create a professional dynamic and enjoyable culture within the Studio Have an appetite for working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Good at juggling tasks and prioritising Fluent in Microsoft Office, in particular excel to manage traffic workflow system Reference ID: 0TRM1:LLA: GB: 1905:PA
