Bipsync was founded in Silicon Valley by experienced investors and software developers.

We develop a Research Platform for professional investors, available on the web, mobile and desktop. The majority of our customers are multi-billion dollar asset managers who perform in-depth research on investment opportunities to get an edge in their investments.

The Research Management market is worth billions of dollars, but until now has been served by old-fashioned, legacy software companies. Our modern, mobile-friendly, design-focused product quickly established a foothold and reputation, and now wins over most clients when we're up against the competition. The opportunity is massive.

Job Description

As Bipsync has grown so too have our IT systems and we are at the stage where we require someone to manage these systems. As an IT Manager you will ensure that the business is able to operate smoothly through diligent administration of the hardware and software that is used by our employees. You'll also be asked to adapt our solutions as technology evolves so that we remain efficient and compliant.

A key element of the role will see you supporting a mix of Windows and Macintosh computers while also administering a range of SAAS applications. Beyond this, you'll be tasked with managing employee on-and-off-boarding, helping new employees start to contribute as quickly as possible. You'll also be responsible for asset management, tracking the deployment of employee laptops and other mobile devices.

There's a strategic aspect to this role too. As a SOC2 (Type 1) certified business we have IT protocols that need to be followed conscientiously. You'll need to manage and audit user access controls and ensure that corporate IT meets our compliance obligations. This will involve you planning and leading improvements to our corporate IT, driving the adoption of best practices.

Requirements

• Good working knowledge of Windows and MacOS.
• Experience using and managing MDM solutions.
• Experience Managing SAAS applications (e.g. Office 365, Google Workspaces).
• Working knowledge of SOC2 / ISO27001.
• Calm and patient demeanour.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
